By applying for or purchasing a Business Structure Review, you agree to the following terms:
Services
The Business Structure Review includes:

One 90-minute live strategy session

A session recording

A concise written roadmap delivered within 48 hours
This service provides strategic guidance only. Implementation is the client’s responsibility.
No Guarantees
We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, revenue results, or client growth. Results depend on your implementation and circumstances.
Payment
Full payment of $397 is required prior to your scheduled session.
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of this service, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued once the session has been completed.
If you need to reschedule, you may do so with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Intellectual Property
All materials provided during the Business Structure Review are for your personal business use only and may not be resold, distributed, or reproduced.
Recording
Sessions are recorded for your personal use. You may not distribute or share the recording publicly.
